Ok, I'll admit it. Of my worry over the name of the Seattle MLS team, 20 percent of it was that "Puget's Crew" would make very little sense for a team not named the Sounders. So there, its settled. Take a victory lap here.

A lot of discussion going on right now on the supposed three options for the new Seattle MLS name, much about the lack of Sounders on the list. The rest of the conversation is that the rest of the options are mostly incompressible or lackluster. The only acceptable name, Seattle FC, is actually pretty lame and unimaginative.
